By the end of 2025, a bunk bed with lighting will be installed in the spacious storage room - creating a separate sleeping and cosy area especially for children.

The quietly located ground floor flat impresses with its sunny south-west-facing terrace with garden seating area. The bright living room has an open-plan kitchen with dining area, a practical foldaway bed with two single beds as well as a TV and radio/CD. An ideal temporary home for a small family.
